He co-edited Migration in the Western Balkans: What do we know?, providing key insights into migration trends in the region.

Danica Šantić
Dr. Danica Šantić is an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Geography, specializing in migration studies. She is a co-founder of MICaRD and a board member of WB-MIGNET. Her research focuses on migration trends in the Western Balkans, forced migration, and the Balkan route. She has published extensively on migration and works to connect academia, policymakers, and civil society.

Albulena Jahja Lubishtani
Dr. Albulena Jahja Lubishtani is an economist with expertise in labor market policies and migration. She holds a PhD from Staffordshire University, focusing on Active Labour Market Policies. Dr. Lubishtani is a member of the Executive Board of WB-MIGNET and has researched the relationship between inflation and unemployment in former Yugoslav countries.

Elvisa Drishti
Dr. Elvisa Drishti is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" in Albania. She holds a Ph.D. from Birmingham Business School and focuses on labor economics and employment, particularly insecure employment in Albania and Europe. Dr. Drishti is the Principal Investigator for Fairwork Albania, leading research on platform labor. She has also co-authored studies on family dynamics in migration decisions.

Iva Vukčević
Iva Vukčević is an Associate Researcher at the Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses in Podgorica, specializing in migration research, data collection, and analysis of socio-economic issues. She holds a Master’s in International Economics Her work focuses on migration trends and international development.

Sanja Klempić Bogadi

Sanja Klempić Bogadi is a prominent Croatian geographer and demographer specializing in migration studies, ageing populations, and the spatial aspects of demographic processes.In her role as a researcher at the Institute for Migration and Ethnic Studies (IMIN) in Zagreb, Dr. Klempić Bogadi has contributed significantly to understanding migration patterns and their socio-demographic impacts. Her research interests encompass migration, ageing, spatial aspects of demographic processes, quality of life, and the geography of islands.
